Terms of registration

1. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment
2. Cancellations received in writing before 25 June 2006, will be refunded less RM200 processing fee. Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable. Substitutions are accepted upon prior notice.
3. Receipt by PIKOM of this registration form constitutes a commitment by the participant to pay the registration fee in full notwithstanding the absence of the registered participant on day of event.
4. PIKOM reserves the right to change or cancel this event as it deems necessary.
5. All delegates must be in proper attire. Those in shorts, bermudas, singlets or slippers will not be allowed entry. PIKOM reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates who are not properly dressed.
6. Fees does not include the cost of accomodation and travel.
