Dinesh has has been involved in open source, software development and internet architecture since 1986, both in Malaysia and globally. He's taken a leadership role in the regional open source community and is a member of the PIKOM OSS SIG as well as a number of government steering committees. 

Currently, he's the Chief Technolgy Officer of QubeConnect who produce telecommunications and Voice over IP technology.
